HRD makes full use of it's own website---Talents New Express--- to establish a new job fair on Net with the updated recruiting information.

Talents Bank contains two huge databases which are designed by computer experts. Altogether there are over 10,000 pieces of talents' information in our talents bank. One of the databases covers a wide range of professionals, from junior or middle level engineers and technicians to secretaries. The other is for high-caliber talents. We have also set up a network for distant inquiry. The user can connect his computer with the server in HRD to obtain information using telephone line.
