Recruitment Service for New Investors
We offer consulting services on HR field to the newly established companies or potential investors. The contents of the services include the current status of the recruitment in SIP, the current status of the local human Resources and so on.

Job Fair
Job fair is held on the new South Building( 3rd floor) every Friday,Saturday in HRD. The Fair is well advertised. Regular advertisement is published on Suzhou Daily; Job Fair Information is listed on the homepage of HRD every Wednesday (http://www.siphrd.com); Recruitment messages are also broadcast to audience weekly through Suzhou Economy Radio Station. Meanwhile, messages on the bulletin of HRD are updated every day. On average of over 20 companies participate in the job fair every week, with more than 2,000 people take part in the fair. Job Fair is most cost-effective for recruiting junior or middle level engineers, technicians, secretaries and unskillful workers.

Advertisement Recruitment
We provide free services for arranging recruitment advertisement in Suzhou or some other cities. Suzhou Daily is a prevailing newspaper in Suzhou , it has a circulation of more than 120,000 and is a very effective way to recruit junior or intermediate engineers, technicians, secretaries and unskillful workers.
Company that wishes to recruit non-locally must get approval from the local Talent Exchange Center.

High-Caliber Talents Consultation
There is a general lack of high level professionals in China. SIP is no exception. To solve this problem, Consulting Dept of HRD is established to provide kind of executive search services for SIP companies. At present, we have signed bilateral service agreement with HR organizations in Wuhan, Xi'an, Nanjing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou for future cooperation. The consulting Dept can also develop and provide other consulting service in human resources field.

Labor Interim Service
Under the guide of country policy, we provide various special services to meet the demand of housemaids, security guard, cleaners, tutors etc. for both individuals and companies. The main sources are local farmers whose lands were requisitioned by government, laid-off workers, and other kinds of unemployed people.
