Labor Employment Administration
In SIP, Labor Employment, Recruitment, Labor Contract verification, Employment
Record release and Personal Records safekeeping are all carried out by
HRD according to Chinese Labor Law. We are able to provide services such
as recommending qualified workers and temporary workers to our clients.
Besides, we also provide various interim services between employers and
employees.
Individual Transfer Approval
All investors in SIP should recruit their employees observing the rule
of publicity, equity, competitive and selective. Companies are free to
choose their employees by themselves.
Non-local personnel recruited, who want to transfer their Hukou to SIP
should be mostly university graduate, under 35 years old and have mid-level
professional title (an assessment carried out by the appointed organ of
the country); or have senior professional title and under the age 50.
Non-local new graduates recruited should have bachelor degree or above.
For personnel who doesn't meet the qualification mentioned above, yet
is needed in SIP such as different professionals and technicians, the
respective company should apply to HRD. Permission will be granted and
a Certificate of Non-local Work Permit can be issued, with this the individual
has the qualification to apply for a Blue Print Hukou in SIP.
Recruitment Advertisement Approval
All recruitment advertisements from companies in SIP should be submitted
to HRD to be verified three days before publishing.
Personnel Records Safekeeping
Personal records are employee's dossiers that document the employment
history and crime record of the individual. The handling of personnel
records is regulated and HRD is the organ authorized by SIPAC to safekeep
the personnel records. We will take care of the whole process of personnel
records such as safekeeping, sorting, transferring, consultation and so
on. Salary increase, professional promotion or punishment received by
the individual will be recorded in the personal records.
