(1)Selection Service:Provide the total recruiting solution to the clients. Identify and attract the candidates through the various channels of HRD, and select the candidates according to the client¨s requirements, to satisfy the manpower demand of the clients.
(2)Specialized training: Periodically hold specialized training programmes
targeting at senior staff of the enterprises to meet with its requirements
of developing people and image. The programmes include: Psychological
training, skills training, language training, outdoor activities with
different categories of management, leadership, sales & marketing,
finance, quality, logistics/supply-chain, production, human resources,
team work and business English.
(3) New business development: Expand new business, basing on the development
trend of human resources market to satisfy the customers' needs.
