8) If employer terminates the labor contract, how much compensation should employer give to employee?
A: Employer may terminate the employment contract with written notice 30 days in advance and the employee should be compensated 1 month’s salary for every service year, up to the maximum of 12 months’ salary.

9)Can the company use its own labor contract?

A: SIPHRD provides the standard labor contract sample for reference. Companies can also use their own labor contract, but the contract should firstly be checked by HRD to make sure there are no items violating the labor law before signing.

10)What’s the minimum salary in SIP

A: The minimum salary wage in SIP is RMB 690 per month. This minimum salary doesn’t include the 22% of the provident fund the employee should contribute each month.

11)How can companies recruit qualified employees in SIP?
