Empowered by SIP government, Suzhou Industrial Park Human Resources Development Co., LTD (namely HRD in short) which is affiliated to Organization & Personnel Bureau of Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee (SIPAC), has grown rapidly into a professional HR organization providing all-around Human Resource services since its establishment in May, 1995.
